2. Description of Services We provide document authentication and apostille services. By submitting an order, you authorize Borderless Business to act as your agent in processing documents with the relevant authorities.
3. Delivery Policy
- Processing Time: Standard processing takes 2 – 20 business days, depending on the issuing jurisdiction.
- Shipping: Once apostilled, documents are delivered via DHL / UPS to the address provided during checkout. Digital copies are provided via email.
- Loss/Delay: While we ensure timely submission, Borderless Business is not responsible for delays caused by government offices or postal service disruptions.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
- Refunds: Because our services involve government filing fees that are non-refundable, once a document has been submitted to the state or federal office, we cannot offer a full refund.
- Service Guarantee: If a document is rejected due to an error on our part, we will re-process it at no additional cost or provide a full refund of our service fee.
